Cancellation Policy

All Things Flute spends weeks preparing for these wonderful musicians and their experience with Ms. Hobgood. Our cancellation policy reflects the time necessary for preparation. If student is withdrawn 30 calendar days before the first day of camp, customers will receive a full refund minus a $30.00 cancellation fee. If student withdraws less than 30 days prior to camp there will be a 50% refund plus the $30.00 cancellation fee. If a student withdraws 14 days before camp is scheduled to begin there will be no refund. Exceptions are medical and family emergencies. Final decision at the discretion of the director.
